I’ve bought 5 eggs 1 was broken while shipped,1 was found infertile after 7 days,these 3 are the only ones which contain life.

The chickens have recently been stolen and probably horrifyingly not anymore.So I’m going to raise ducks.

Tomorrow’s our flight to Dubai. I’ve been struggling with Pop for two days,as he needs to be fed 4 to 5 times a day.Today ive sent him and his mates to grans and have been strict about his feeding routine.Poor pop,I hope he’ll be ok,while I’m away.And this is the worst thing ever,I’ve just found...

This is so terrible!I left four fertile eggs in a homemade incubator at my grans,the servant suppposed to take care of the heating left the bulb too low on the eggs,all 4 are dead I just threw them in the bin and pop dosent seem to be able to thrive anymore…..I’m crying right now!

I’m sorry I’m going too far,I’m not appreciating any of the help You all are providing and even worse I seem like the offend the hard work of the aviary vets but the case is completely different.Thank you all for your help,and I don’t think there’s anything else to do but hope Pop’s leg will be OK.

I’ve seen all the links provided to help me,the only problem is me,the thing is that pop got splay legs from a week old and from my unattendance he’s still splayed till now. Eight week old. Could u believe that he could bring back his beautiful legs by suffering the childhood leg damage that...

Thank u for the reply Bob,but no one really knows about splay legs and can’t answer to my thread about quails,or chickens.I don’t want to be mean cos like you guys are really Great and experienced,anyways,I put a bandage on Pop pop’s legs. P.s he seems fine,I’m taking extra care of him.

How long should the bandage be left for?

Hi,um one of my chicks has a splayed leg,I banadaged his two legs and left a little gap,he’s not eating,much,so I’m hand feeding him,is it ok?

Lilly just filled my fridge with a dozen eggs,idk what to do.there’s also literally 50 other eggs stored together.🤦🏻‍♀️OH GOD This is so crazy.I just candled one of Lilly’s egg from the bunch she was sleeping on. Day 3rd I can see a red dot! :wee chicks!🐥

Poor Minnie.I’m srry again RC I haven’t mean that the crop shouldn’t empty overnight.I’m srry I couldn’t arrange the sentences properly.I’m really stressed right now so I can’t really explain properly I guess,though I must have to say,her droppings look better if I’m not wrong.

I’ve had 13 chickens before,4 passed away due to excessive diahrrea and ‘the not eating properly’ stuff.🤦🏻‍♀️

P.s I was just trying to make you understand,like u know to make her eat if she’s not and try force feeding.

No RC I’m sorry I haven’t meant that.Chicken crops are supposed to be empty overnight,what I was trying to say is that,If Minnie dosent eat for a long time…her digestive system is going to start developing problems.

Oh,crop emptiness is a major problem if not handled for a long time.Anyways,I’m thrilled she’s doing just fine.I’m sure she’ll be ok since she’s being handled by someone who really knows what she needs.Don’t worry about the droppings,they’ll gradually change once she’s on her line again...

RC.you need to make her eat a lot.Low nutritional supplement can bring her even more down.There’s absolutely nothing you can do if she stops eating and drinking.i hope she’ll do ok in the future.Please tell if you need help for anything.Hugs :hugs
