Took my older friend and her sister shopping today (they can't drive due to pain), then hung out for a few hours petting her cats. The whole thing made me feel so good.
I had a revelation about how to easily expand the coop.
And finally got peaches from the tree I was going to cut down. It's about 10 years old, and the peaches are always eaten by ants and squirrels before they ripen. This is only the second crop to fully ripen. Maybe chickens have something to...
That has been a goal of mine for a couple years now. I visit a friend in Europe every year, and renting a car is only possible if I learn to drive a stick.
It was a beautiful day here, so we went out for brunch at an outdoor restaurant. That's one thing I hope it least some places keep after the pandemic's over -- I love eating outdoors!
Being able to sit outside without being either frozen or blown away by wind, at 7:30 pm, with 2 chickens snoozing on my lap made me happy today!
That's one beautiful tree!
