    It's up to you. I personally prefer having moms raising the ducklings, to save on all the cleaning, but I worry more too about something happening to them! I ignore behaviour like that and just stick my hand in anyways! :lau My chocolate quacker is meaner than my scovies.

    Are you going to try to give them more? I know some people have ducks/muscovy turn into cobras when nesting, but mine are usually all very good.

    The area they're in here is at the high point of the property, and there aren't any real 'hills' around. What kind of hills are you talking about?

    Since (from my understanding) Fawn is a mix of Blue and Chocolate, a male bred to a non-chocolate female should give you all chocolate females. As for the Magpie, yes, that's poorly marked.
