Oct. 30th turkeys being goofs. One tried(succeeded, honestly) to crawl into my sleeve earlier today. The solo Halloween chick thus far, very lonely.

I’ve had one chick hatch today, so I’ve at least got a Halloween baby lol. Both the turkeys hatched yesterday. No more pips so far. I wasn’t expecting the eggs to hatch until late tonight, or maybe tomorrow.

Same :oops: I couldn't hold out any longer and candled my polish eggs yesterday, which I set on the 11th. I mean.... I can now say they're all fertile at least lol. It's so pointless candling them so early(since the veins are so tiny), but it's so so hard to resist.

3/6 of the turkey eggs look fertile right now. It’s iffy, but hopefully they are! I’m going to be setting chicken eggs tomorrow just to be sure I can join in on the Halloween hatch though. I have 7 WCB polish/ ayam cemani cross eggs and 2 BCW polish eggs saved up to incubate tomorrow.
