A smorgasbord of leftovers plus scrambled eggs.

It’s like a taco bar for hot dogs. We have baked beans, onions, jalapeños, cheese, tomatoes, sauerkraut, and of course mustard & ketchup. My favorite is baked beans, jalapeños, diced tomatoes & diced onions. Surprisingly it is really good! 😂

Tonight we are having loaded hotdogs, crispy potatoes & fruit salad.

Long day today and I have no appetite. Think I’m making myself bruschetta and eggs & toast for everyone else.

I had 5 dozen eggs in the fridge (neighbor sharing this weekend!), so we had eggs & toast for dinner. My little guy’s favorite meal.
