Well, from what I could find, most livestock yeasts available tend to be low in niacin. If you're looking for a preventative niacin supplement, any nutritional yeast brand, or B3 powder/liquid would suffice. B3 powder will be more cost-effective, as its more potent, and requires little amounts.

That's fine. I do see some that are only at 35/kg, but some do range very high, it seems to depend on the Brand and whatever species it's intended for.

Not true, some Gamebird feed brands range up to 125ppm 125/kg. That's more than twice as much niacin then ducks feed.

Gamebird starter is intended to be fed to Gamebirds, I'm not saying it can't be fed to waterfowl, I know some do, but you might want to contact the company and ask for the niacin content per kilo. I tried searching a niacin estimate, but it seems it greatly varies with the brand and species...

Yes, Livestock Yeast generally contains less niacin than other brands. I believe livestock yeast is something like 2mg per coop, other humans brands 5mg per scoop.

So per the company’s website, each scoop contains around 2mg, now they recommend giving birds a half a scoop, so the niacin content would be 1mg per scoop. Which is not much at all.
