It always happens. I get sleepy and must go to bed.

It's been a long day and I'm ready to sleep ASAP.

I'm taking the old man's nightly meds and pain meds with some more Gatorade so I hopefully will not have painful cramps tonight.

Hope you can get a good night's sleep tonight and that all gets better for the both of you really soon.

I woke up about 2:30am with super bad leg cramps. Very painful. I'm guessing I sweated all my electrolytes yesterday. I got 2 8 packs of Gatorade today. Got 2 bottles in me as soon as I could. I've never had cramps like those in all of my years before. I'm hitting the hay earlier than normal...

Sorry I couldn't keep up with Dawg Land yesterday but we worked until after dark in the largest of the gardens until we could see what we where doing. Sorry about your bad day Pat. Hope today turns out a lot better for you. I'm up in the middle of the night with severe leg cramps. Got to start drinking Gatorade first thing in the morning when I'm going to be working and sweating out electrolytes during the day. Right now we are in the middle...
