Major peeve alert
*people who give unsolicited advice (on Facebook and in person) and
*people who have never done my job that tell me I'm doing my job incorrectly
Firstly, I'm more intelligent than most people in both categories. So if your little brain came up with something, you can rest...
I used to have horrid flyaways and thin, fragile hair. I started taking biotin and collagen supplements and that made a huge difference. I also only wash my hair once a week (unless it really needs it between) and use dry shampoo other days if needed. And I don't really have flyaways at all anymore.
College/uni grads are smart-dumb babies. Some of it comes from their profs though, filling their heads with ridiculous expectations.
But in what world is the average mid- career salary 6 digits??? In certain professions sure, but across all workers? Heck no!
Oh yes...
"Well I just graduated with my degree and I know the average salary for this job is $$"
"You do realize there are 10,000 other people with the same degree, and that's the average salary for someone with 10 years of experience"
"....."
