    The rocker/turner should be shut off on day 19. That's also when more humidity should be added.

    When you start your next hatch, perhaps start a separate thread and update progress. That way someone can tell you if you're doing anything wrong from the get go. I'm sorry about this. It sucks. :(

    DO NOT beat yourself up. We have all made these types of mistakes. It is sad, but sometimes we need to make mistakes to learn. My last batch of chicks I assisted too soon and lost one. :(

    You have to do what you feel comfortable with. This is a sticky situation. :( @casportpony is an educator here and in my opinion worth listening to. I really am not sure what I would do in your situation.
