    What is killing my chickens?

My chickens don't have any grass (what few clumps they did have they've already eaten) Under these circumstances chickens will eat toxic plants such as hosta, lilies and buttercups (soon as they pop out of the ground)

    What is killing my chickens?

We trap and surrender dogs to the county or put them up in our own dog kennels until we're reimbursed for damages or it goes to court. Its a pain in the butt but we don't have a stray dog problem.

    What is killing my chickens?

Chickens will not only eat tall grass if not given a choice they'll also eat toxic plants if there's little else to eat. I learned this when I researched free ranging chickens in chicken tractors(confined to a small space)

    What is killing my chickens?

The grass is usually no problem as long as they eat the tender tips but yanking tall grass out of the ground and feeding the chickens isn't a good idea.I cut mine up with scissors when I pick them grass. Your place is absolutely heavenly! I know your chickens are very happy!
