My third chick just hatched!

Second one hatched at 11:45 pm, so I only have two Halloween chicks but have two more externally pipped!

I don’t have a brooder set up yet either 😭 still just have one chick hatched though. Two more have externally pipped

5 internal and one just externally pipped! I must’ve gotten the dates wrong, broody hen doesn’t have any internally or externally pipped yet lol

Thanks! No more external pips yet, but I have a broody hen with eggs supposed to hatch tomorrow that might’ve started earlier too. Going to check her eggs now!

Halloween chick #1! Hatched at approximately 2:30 pm

Just candled. I had 7 infertiles! I have never had that many before. That was half of the eggs I set too!

I set eggs on the 11th. Usually mine all hatch a day early so I hope I have Halloween chicks!
