Agreed My pond is a mud puddle right now. But I let the water out a few years ago due to our well being at same level as pond. City water now so I'm going to start it up soon I hope.

Pens works fine Captain. Good question on remoteness. Until recently Walmart was 15 miles today its 1 as the crow flies. 1.5 driving We now have a Bass Pro Shop in the same shopping center as Walmart. Taco Bell on the other hand has always been about 2 miles. So not remote but still far...

We have our doors open here still this morning however that will stop by tomorrow as it's supposed to get cold and they are expecting 1-3 inches or rain in this area by the weekend. More rain as you go up the mountain.
