I’m not sure I will ever be skilled enough to pith a bird. My neighbor processes his with a cone. I’ll probably get him to do ours.

That’s what I’ll do then. Right now the guineas and chickens are in the same fenced area (about qtr acre with separate sleep areas). It hasn’t been an issue until the last few days…guinea daddy is getting aggressive with the hens.

I know eventually we will process some of our guineas and they will be as delicious as they are beautiful and entertaining. And I will be thankful for them again.
