We have a Rhodebar chick that is tucking it's head under its chest and running backwards into the brooder walls. We are feeding Purina medicated crumble and probiotics as well as vitamin supplements with electrolytes in the water. I have read its a lack of vitamin E but have already increased vitamins with no improvements if you have any suggestions please let me know thanks.

Sounds like wry neck that can be caused by vitamin deficiency. Giving the affected individual chick the vitamins would be best right now so it gets the full amount. Upping your others won't hurt either though. Selenium with the E works well too. Are you hand feeding watering the chick? You may need to, so it does not become dehydrated or starve. Keeping it seperate and quiet also helps.

Good luck with your chick, this ailment can be a long haul job and improvement can take a while to show.
