12 week old Silkie- Roo right?

Just wanted to double check on this silkie before we give it away. His brother started crowing this morning and I'm 99% certain that this is a roo too, but I'm not very experienced. The one behind it is the one that crowed.
 
Thanks for all of the replies! I think we've found a home they can both go to, since we can't have roosters here, which is nice because they're very attached to each other at the moment.
