I usually take them out the day after they hatch, but only for a minute. Be very gentle with them, they are quite fragile at that age.

If the parents are scared of you it might stress them a little, but no more than if you walked by and they flew off.

Handling a baby won't make the parents stop caring for it.
 
can any budy tell me why my lahor pigeon babys got abnormal fethers in iTs base colour.. I have 1 pair black lahor and when its babys are hatching out I see some black fether in base colout.. why iTs happened???
 
@zahed I don't know. I barely know what Lahore Pigeons look like - they are beautiful!

The black ones especially. Is it possible they will feather out correctly as adults? If there are only a few black feathers, maybe they will be absent after the juvenile molt??? Is this your first breeding pair?
