i was wondering what age is a silkie full grown? is it 2 months or maybe 3?

Not even close. Pullets generally mature around 8-10 months and cockerels about 10-12 months. They hit their first real adult set of feathers about 3 months and generally go through another molt at about 6-8 months. Sometimes you will see pullets lay as early as 6 months. Generally the better quality you are dealing with, the longer you have to wait.
Thank-you for the information Destiny! We have a little calico splash pullet... She has brown and black splashes and is oh, three months old abouts. I was hoping she would start to lay at six months, but now can appreciate if it takes longer!

this is Bird hes 4 months old now. he was crowing at 2 months! I wish he was done growing hes the perfect size! but hes still growing and filling out
