Easter Egger Sexing "tips and tricks" *Pictures Included*

I have 3 chicks that are 4 weeks old. Two of them of definitely EE's and one is a mystery. Can ya'll help me figure out their gender? The first set of photos is Pumpkin. I'm getting roo vibes from this one.
I post the other photos separately.

Here is chick 2, this is Nugget. This sweet love has a slipped tendon that I am desperately trying to help fix.

Cockerel. Pointed hackles and thick legs, the comb is fairly small and not red but those hackles and legs definitely point to cockerel.

Pullet. I see those female-specific feathers there. I hope Nugget gets better!

And lastly, Maverick, the mystery chick.
Pullet, as far as I can tell. Maverick is a bit wet so it makes some of their feathers look pointy.

This is George, our 9 week old EE Cockerel - who is so much a boy he has already tried crowing and mounting

The little 9 week old pullet he mounted.. the rascal. She hated it but she's still friends with him.

This is the one I'm curious about; I am fairly certain this is a Cockerel as well; they are the exact same age, from the same batch;

Does NOT act like a Cockerel over the pullets, but has little dominance feather-flares with George ALL the time.

Is this also a Cockerel? I'm seeing that tail curl but the saddle feathers are floofy like a pullet, but the legs are chonkers, and the comb is pink not RED like George's.

Chicken genetics 🤣

At 4 weeks old, feather shape does not tell us anything at all about their sex. Give them (the feathers) another two months or so.

I think Nugget (the middle one with slipped tendon) is probably male. I am basing that on the comb size, and partly the patchy coloring (red feathers sprinkled in the multi-colored earlier feathers). But I am not certain, so I would give this one at least a few more weeks before making permanent decisions.

I think Pumpkin (first one) might be male, but I'm not really sure either way. Again, I would advise waiting to be sure.

For Maverick the mystery chick, I don't think I can even make a guess yet. A clear photo of the comb might help a bit, for both sex and breed, but it might still be too soon to tell. I don't see any male traits yet, but that could mean female or it could mean male who just isn't old enough to show any of the traits I'm looking for.

I have accurately sexed my chicks at four weeks old based on feather shape. Each chicken just grows at a different rate than others and may show feather shape earlier or later.

Then you and I must be talking about different feathers. I meant the male-specific saddle feathers that tend to come in around 12 weeks, that will then be the same shape for the rest of the bird's life (all later molts will grow that shape of feathers too). They are absolutely NOT there on any 4-week old chick.

If you are reliably sexing chicks based on the shape of some other feathers, that they do have at age 4 weeks, then you have a skill I lack. Sounds useful!

I think all three of yours are boys. The third one is a little bit harder to tell so maybe not.

Yes your second one is definitely a cockerel.

Here are some updated photos. I apologize for the poor quality. These little loves are 2 days shy of being 7 weeks old.
