I've been overrun by roosters. Seems like every "unknown sex" chicken or baby turns out to be male. Well, there's an awful lot of fighting going on now and I don't want one of my boys to be hurt. This little guy is 3 1/2 months old and is sweet. He is an unusual mixed rooster. His daddy is a Bantam Cochin, and mommy is a standard sized Barred Plymouth Rock. Lil Sam looks like a mini version of a barred plymouth rock rooster, but has feathered legs/feet. I am unfamiliar with shipping chickens, so he would be a "pick up" although I can see about meeting you part way to save your driving distance. I don't want to see him become dinner. He's too nice for that.
