Chickeny twist on Easter deviled eggs--so cute and easy!

I'd give credit for the photo, but I don't know where it came from originally. Wish I could take credit myself! Anyway, here's my version:

It was so simple. We just boiled the eggs, and cut off the tops. Then you scoop out the yolks and mix them with mayonnaise. We did this in a baggie, and then cut a small hole in the corner of the baggy to squeeze the mixture out. You could also use a cake decorator if you have one. Squeeze the yolk mixture into the bottom of the egg, and set the "hat" on top. Finally, we used coriander seeds and bits of carrot (cut to shape) for the eyes and beak. My 12-year-old really did his all by himself--I wasn't even in the room. You can add herbs & spices to the mayo for extra flavor if you like, or just leave it like it is. The kids love them!
