someone explain this! Is it normal? And is George ( mychicken) ok? Will she continue to lay normal eggs and is this like getting a double yoke only mini Easter Egg. lol

It's normal, don't worry. Some of my hens have laid smaller eggs than that! We call them "fart eggs"

We occasionally have tiny eggs too, the chickens will lay normally again.
We once had an egg the size of a jelly bean! They are very rare and its shell was normal with normal color. Just very very small!
