I have 2 Lt. Brahma mix hens




and a Dark Brahma mix roo

and I hatched one of their eggs...

...and it has no feathers, but kind of funny colors, on it's legs...must be a sneaky gene popped in?



Maybe that wasn't her egg?

You know Kippen site mentions a possible gene http://sellers.kippenjungle.nl/page3.html ... "ida Allows green spots on shanks - this gene is not widely accepted and the effect of this gene may be due to the interaction of modifiers not allelic to this locus." Otherwise they say mottling, but none of your chickens look to be mottled?
