Watery poo, laying down, ruffled feathers! 2 vets and no help!

I am a new chicken mom. My female chicken first started to poo explosive water with little green, then dark green pudding like poo and weight loss. She started to lay on her side with ruffled feathers. Vet gave her Amoxicillin. She went down hill again. Went to another chicken vet and did blood. Low white count. Started Baytril. She was feeling better but is still not well. NOW my goose is having the same symptoms! White poo and watery poo, laying down now too PLEASE HELP!
 
I have a few questions that may help to narrow things down a bit:

Is it possible that they have had access to some feed or something else that was mouldy or off?

Do they free range in the same area, or are they separated? (To work out if it is possibly something they both ate, or if it might be something airborne)

Disgusting as it may be, can you post a picture of the poo - it is amazing how much you can tell from a bit of poo!

The more information you can give us, the more people may be able to help you.

This is one type of poo.
My goose and chicken are around in the same area and now he has bubbles in his poo.

I would be giving them both probiotics and vitamins in their water daily. There are some products that contain both of those plus electrolytes, which may be of help now. When the diarrhea is gone you can just use the product 2-3 times a week. The hen that has been on antibiotics can be having diarrhea from the antibiotics or from her illness. Probios Dispersible Powder is an excellent probiotic, and Avian Super Pack is a good vitamin/mineral product. TSC sells Rooster Booster products like the one below that I have used in the water:

No crop issues. She still has a slightly blue tip of her comb. The vet said that is because she is anemic. I am scared once she is off the antibiotics she will go down hill again!!! I have wormed her now because the goose was tested and had caprillia . She still has water poo! ANYMORE IDEAS PLEASE!!!
