My chicken has Yellow wattles! What do I do?

My chicken had white wattles. I thought it might be fungus, so I put lotrimin on her and then her wattles turned yellowish white. What do I do?

From the pics, her wattles seem to be the correct color. her earlobes seem to be a little white. It may just be dry skin, not looking like infection from what I can see.
