4 Year old has just gone and sprayed my precious 2 week old chicks with SANITIZER SPRAY!

Emergency! My babies have just all been sprayed with sanitizer spray by a 4 year old-who has also done the same thing previously, but with a hose, to our ducks, injuring one of them badly. (he should have learnt not to do this by now!) Anyway... What should I do? They aren't shivering, but will the sanitizer spray do anything to their fur???

They should be OK.. Don't expect a 4 year old to have same understanding as us adults.. The do it from experimenting.
Just another lesson we all learn to keep dangerous, and semi dangerous objects out of reach.
Give your 4 year old a HUG,, and softly explain that the chicks don't like that.
Positive goes a longer way than most expect.

Yeh, he didn't know any better, but we told him off well after the duck incident, so I expected he would have learnt... Oh well! The sanitizer spray is all natural anyway, so they should be ok ):
