Accurate Thermometer/Hygrometer for use as backup inside incubator.

I am looking for a digital thermometer/hygrometer that i can put into the incubator with my eggs as a back-up. I have looked at Oregon Scientific and Acu-Rite. They both have pretty good reputations, but I have bought a few of each to get a mean and found that there are variances. These units are well within my price range as they are from $12 to about $30. I need these units to be small so it doesn't take up valuable space for eggs.

Does anyone have recommendations for combination units like these?

I picked up a couple at WalMart that had a wire lead with a sensor on the end so that I could just put the wire sensor inside the incubator.
