Any Legbar Owners? Questions....

I am thinking about getting a few Legbar chicks but the research I read is so conflicting about their behavior and health. I own a Leghorn and two New Hampshire Hens and they are awesome.
I am interested in the Legbar because they do well in the heat (I live in Florida), but I read that they can be very vocal. I live in the suburbs and I have an HOA that permits chickens, but I don't want to get a breed that is loud because of my close neighbors.
I have read there is very little health issues, then other articles say they have many health issues.
I also would love to have some blue eggs in my basket.
I was wondering what Legbar owners have experience with this breed. Any experiences good and bad are welcome.

In my experience, they aren’t anymore vocal than any other breed. I’ve owned them, Marans, Leghorns, and others... They’re beautiful birds, especially rooster.

That's good to know. I wish I could have a rooster, but not in my neighborhood.
