Brinsea Ovation 56 with bad turner - any fixes?

I have Brinsea Ovation 56 eco Incubator that was purchased less than 2 years ago. It worked fine for the first 3 hatches, then the turner stopped working. It will turn the racks a little bit, but does not flip them over to the opposite side like it is supposed to. It seems like the turner motor is malfunctioning. Is there a fix for this? Does it need a new motor?
Very disappointed that an almost $400 incubator quit working after just a couple of uses. Help!

If you contact our office we'd be more than happy to help you trouble shoot If it is turning the carriers a little bit then the turning motor isn't the problem; it could be that the carriers aren't lined up properly or the turning motor gear is off. Feel free to call us for help! (888) 667-7009

HI, I did contact customer service. They want me to take a video of the turner turning and send it to them. Everything is installed correctly. The incubator currently has 56 eggs in it so it is a bit difficult to get in there and mess with it with all the eggs in there. Thank you.
