I have 2 OE pullets about to lay that I need to rehome STAT. Im in Chicago. I sent my husband for 1 and he came back with 6 different chickens. DOH! I only have 6 spots in my coop as is. Im too new to post pictures or in the for sale type sections. Thought Id try here.

Just made a coop for some pet chickens and had no luck at the Kankakee County bird swap. I'm not very familiar with breeds, what's an OE?

Olive Egger = OE, which means it lays an olive green colored egg. They are usually a cross bred chicken. Normally crossed a roo that is from a dark brown egg to a green egg layer, which means the offspring should lay an olive colored egg. At least I think that's how it works. Others may be able to explain it better, or more accurately
