Chicken eyes blunging and black

Need help of anyone knows whats going on here or has had this happen before.
This is a first for us and just noticed.
Shes the lowest of the pecking order.
Honestly, can't ever get too close to the girls because of our rooster. All the other chickens look fine.
Obviously it looks like she isn't gunna last long unfortunately but wondering if this is contagious?

I can see the bulging in the right eye, but the left one looks abnormal. The bulging could possibly be from a tumor in the head. It would be good to see a more clear close up picture of each eye. Is the pupil on the left side round and is the iris color the same as the other side? At night when your rooster is asleep, can you grab him off the roost and place him inside a dog crate or pen? That would make it easier to handle the hens, to check for illnesses, and to give wormers or other medications. I would not let the rooster prevent me from getting near the hens.
