Hello! If you’re curious what mixed chicks will look like. Feast your eyes on the beautiful babies. I live in GA and we are having a cold spell, low 30s, and of course my broody silkie hens hatched some eggs. Both chicks born around 3/18. First is Poppy- mom is a white Cochin bantam and dad is a paint silkie. Poppy has 4 toes on each foot and grey spots on “her” head.
Second is Cruella- mom is a black, white crested Polish and dad is either the Paint or Mauve Silkie Roo. 4 toes on each foot as well.
