Concerning poop?

I’ve been struggling with my girls since not properly quarantining a new hen in the fall, plus the wild birds were getting into the coop.
Should I be concerned by this poop?
She is fresh out of the bath since she has a poopy bum, I’m assuming vent Gleet?
But is there something else going on I should be treating ?
