Saw a video this morning so gonna make egg pudding for the hubster this morning. Wish me success! Honestly, sounds nasty to me; BUT, apparently it can be made savory or sweet, with water or with bone broth. Think I'll try with bone broth since it's yummy. Maybe second time I will try with cinnamon or something to make it sweet. Yeah, boy!!!!

Hubby ate it; I didn't. IF I eat some it will be with cinnamon and allulose or some other keto sweetener.

The pudding would be o.k.
I don't have instapot, but it looks similar to egg custard.

No to the hard boiled egg pudding. Probably would taste good, but I don't have a blender either, so...eh. I can live without it
