Hi,
My dad just said he would help me build a coop!! Yay! I have a medium size one now that I can't walk in. I get along alright with it, but I have 11 chickens and this coop has the nesting boxes slightly higher than the roost bars -bad design, I know now since they try to roost in the nest boxes unless it's during the warm months. Also, I can't reach in an do hardly anything, much less get a chicken off a roost, if I need to for some reason.
Anyway, did you buy a digital copy of your plans, find them in a book, etc? Have a favorite one? Size wise, I'm thinking 8' x 8', or 8' x 10'. Care to share what you love about your walk-in coop design, and the source you obtained it from? Thanks in advance!
