I am getting ready to buy a few chickens to go in with my guinea keets 5 @ 2wks and 2 @ 1wk anyways this is my first experience with any sort of farm critters and Ive read guinea dont make good mother so my hope is I can get a good broodering chicken hen just for the purpose of hatching keets Can anyone recommend a good setter PLEASE the swap meet is tomorrow THANKS MUCH:yiipchick
I second the buffs and will throw in a banty I've been told that bantys are great brooders and I have to agree My banty hens are wholy devoted to setting ROFL and wil get their feathers in a ruffle anytime you came near her. C
