Nineteen eggs yesterday. As of now, access to the dux-house is denied by two fire-spitting dragons - Violeta and Buffzilla Dux again…

I'm trying to get mine to go broody, so haven't been collecting as many as what's being laid. BUT, there were 7 new eggs in the nestboxes this morning.

If you want them to go broody, they just say »Quack! Do it yourself.« But if you don't want them to go broody they turn into little dragons before you know it.
I was greeted by a five meter tall Violeta Duck this morning (in her mind) denying access to the duck-house so loud that the fire-department showed up. - The fire-department of Charleston South Carolina!

Eighteen eggs today. - Some frozen tomatoes were required to distract the dragons - and i "forgot" two eggs in the spot where the straw was still smoldering from the dragon-spit…
