In search of a recipe

DH and I used to go to an oriental restaurant specifically for their Orange Beef. It was so stout that it would almost bring tears to your eyes just to smell it. Well, the restaurant changed owners and the Orange Beef is no longer what it used to be. I'd love to have a recipe for it. Orange Chicken would be just a good, too. As long as the 'orange' part is not bland or mild, any meat would do.
Anyone know where I can find this?

I posted a recipe here for my Orange Terriaki Carmelized Chicken that is pretty close. It is deffinately not bland! Take a peek and let me know how you like it. I think it will be a good sub for what you're missing.
