Just got some chicks ive been calling Chipmunk Bantams...but are they?!

First of all, thank you all for reading the following rambling

I just got some adorable chicks!! I'm obsessed with them. We've had chickens for 6 years, yea babies are cute but normally I am not a crazy chicken lady. But OMG I've gone to visit them at least 6 times since they arrived a few hours ago.

Anyways. My niece gave us what she called a Chipmunk Bantam. I'd asked friends/family if anyone knew where I could get some, then my favorite cousin called the next day and said he thinks he found some.

The one that's circled in the photo is the original "Chipmunk Bantam" we have had. The grown chicken is her at full size.

Whats the true name of this breed?

I'm hoping, for once in my life, that one is a rooster. I'm just too geeked over this chicken and totally want more compact chickens. The one we've had may be small but she is mighty. She holds her own against chickens 5x her size!

Yes! Mine too! Both the hen and the Roo are minnie mighty birds.
They are so neat ! I have a few eggs of theirs in my incubator because I too want more of these lil buddies.
