If they are less than a week old, they are both drakes.
If they are a week +, you will have to wait until their voices change, which will take about 8 weeks or so.... unless you have pix of them when they were less than a week old.
The Welshies and KC babies are similarly easy to identify early on, as long as they aren’t mixed w another variety of duck...
Here is a group of 3 day old Welsh Harlequin babies- one drake (black beak), the others are all hens.
