Need Help Sick Chicken (RIR)

I have a chicken that has been sick for a week and I can’t figure out what else to try. Her symptoms are:
Not eating
Gurgling
Mouth breathing
Coughing (started after 1st antibiotic treatment)
Eyes closed (pale or white eye lids)
Drinking water still

Treatments were:
LA-200 1cc twice, 3 days apart
VetRX on comb and in water
Albendazel oral .5cc for 3 days

Does anyone have any other ideas that may help her?
I do not have access to a vet.

She is about 2 1/2 years old. Her crop is very small because she’s not eating and drinking very little. She may have had sour crop, but we did vinegar treatments. She usually eats a non-gmo whole grain feed.

Hmm, no mucus or bubbly eye? Have you checked for mouth canker? Does she lay at all?
Have you felt her all over for any tightness or swelling?

I haven’t noticed any mucus but she sounds like she can’t breathe and is coughing, so she probably has mucus in her throat. I haven’t noticed any bubbly eyes either. No eggs since we’ve been treating her.
I haven’t noticed swelling either. Not exactly sure what I’d be feeling for.
I have looked down her throat, and it looked pale but I don’t think there were any sores.
