Please help- chick cant stand or open eyes-

I've never had a sick chick before and am completely helpless. She's fading fast and am wondering if there is an immediate solution

Make sure the chick is in a warm place where with access to food and water. Sometimes chicks don’t make it due to stress, failure to thrive or just overall sensitive. The chick stage can be the most difficult age of any chicken.

Feed it egg yolk. Hold it to your body. Hum/sing a gentle song. Sugar water can help too.

I’m so sorry to hear that Peanut. Which one?

NutriDrench in the water and egg yolk mixed with water and mash. Dip her beak in the water (I pick the chick up and tip them in-if they fight you its a good sign) every few minutes then try the soupy mash.

I just went through this and I finally gave up after a couple hours-mime wouldn't eat even the mash. Kept checking on her throughout the night thinking she would be dead by morning but she was up and eating when I woke up so don't lose hope!

Did she just all of a sudden start acting off? Has she been eating or drinking? I’m sorry, Peanut, but it sounds like a possible case of failure to thrive syndrome.

Sadly MacadamiaNut faded too quickly. She wouldn't eat or drink, and within the hour she was gone. Thank you for all your help.
