That was nationwide. And if it's still going on, one of two things happened. Either your governor signed it where that Covid relief is still happening which means your taxes are higher. Or the school district average household income is below the national poverty level and every kid qualifies for free. That happens a lot. Remember, it's an average and it includes every household, regardless of if they have kids in the school or not

Could be, I don't know. I don't question it. Which, my kids would never eat lunch in the lunch room, anyway. They won't even eat leftovers at home lol
