Serama egg

Anyone ever eat serama eggs? i have a hen that just started laying after hatching some eggs 7 week ago and she has not been with a roo in over 9 weeks. so i dont want to throw them away well breakfast this morning icluded 4 of said eggs and well they maybe the best most flaverful eggs i've EVER eaten.WOW

I've eaten quite a few of my Seramas' eggs and yes, they're delicious. Maybe it's because the yolks are so big and the whites are so small or something.

Serama and quail eggs are basically the same and quail eggs also have a larger yolk then the white too.Have you ever tried pickled quail eggs?They are awesom and I bet you can use the serama eggs in place of them.
