Swollen hard belly

I have a bantam with a swollen hard belly,shes not laid this year.
What would it be how can i help

What part of her belly? Do you mean her crop, or on her underside? Are you saying that you think she is egg bound? She would seem visibly ill if that was going on, because they start going into septic shock pretty quick. More info or pictures of the issue would help.
