Thoughts on Blue Scale Quail?

Am interested but ive read more bad than good. Would like some opinions on them before i take the plunge

They are very skittish and nervous birds. Unless you have an aviary to keep them in, they do not do well in captivity.

They do quit well In breeding pens that are 2'x2'x6' in 1 male 3 females ratio works well for me and my buddy for years.
