What breed could he be?

He looks much more like a hatchery quality langshan than a hatchery quality cochin. I had a large fowl cochin from tsc and he looked totally different than this rooster.

Thanks for the replies, everyone! He's confusing for sure but I'll keep him since he's sweet. If I get better pics, I'll post them here. (Maybe pics alongside the two females that are supposed to be the same breed would help?)
