What bugs are all over my coop (pictures included 2 species)

There spring tails, they eat decaying materials, usually found on the soil breaking down organic material. Basically a cleaner insect.

I wouldn't be surprised if there after your chicken's dandruff.

They prefer cool moist conditions, I use to collect them in my garden to feed my poison dart frogs. There very harmless.
