I just say chickies and duckies when i greet them. 'How are my chickies and duckies doing today'.
I have mini flocks within my flock (based on age, they hang out in their "groups"). So each group has a name that I use to refer to them when talking with my partner. We have the Sailor Scouts (all named after sailor moon characters), the Arrow Crew (named after characters from the TV Show Arrow), the Dark Ones (black chickens named after dark objects) and the Tropicals (named after fruit). Then i have my last remaining one from my origional flock who hangs with everyone and she's just baby girl (her name is Scratch).
