Can anyone direct me to the poultry/livestock ordinances for spanaway, WA or Tacoma, WA? Or do they both fall under pierce county jurisdiction? Moving soon and trying to figure out what we can and can't do

She was a stray, had been. Living under moms porch and around her coop for a couple weeks. The neighbor lady said she was new as well. :). Gotta get her fixed soon, she's acting like she's in heat and more kitties is the last thing we want!

Everything I read online about hat it treats said that it does treat tapeworms but just not effective for treating dipylidium caninum(flea tapeworms), but I didn't figure this would be a problem because those worms affect only canines and felines. I double checked on the Merck veterinary manual...
