It is not illegal for me to do 18 pushups on the sidewalk. But are you telling me I still cannot do that because it never said its legal? The County laws do not mention all the legal things for you to do!
Do I gotta call my sheriffs office to ask them permission to do 18 pushups on the sidewalk...
Checked that already all it notes is that it is not allowed to cut live trees that are above a certain trunk width (forgot the number). Cutting saplings is allowed. Cutting dead trees and removing their stumps is allowed.
Its allowed to remove weeds and stuff.
Campfires in the forest is not...
HOA does not allow big coops or cages for some reason..
Otherwise I would have my dream aviary with cockatoos, budgies, canaries, and stuff.. haha.
I would love to have an aviary, its been my dream ever since I was little, but no structures other than my shed is allowed to reach 8 feet in...
I love watching my birds roost and forage from a distance.
It is not humane to cage a guineafowl. They are active gamebirds and need to excercise their legs and wings. They aint broiler chickens to be caged up. They are a free range bird.
I complained about some random kid (a really long time ago) peeing in my yard (within my fence) and the HOA didnt give a sht.
But when they see a chicken grazing about then thats it.

Cats are way more destructive than turkeys.
If they roam deep enough into the forest, the screams wont be much of an issue. The crow flocks and dogs in my neighborhood are way much louder. because they tend to be right in my neighborhood. My turkeys yelp a lot but they do it in the forest so its not a big issue.
I love raising birds...
The land belongs to my county, and I checked their regulations. They allow cats to roam in the forest. The only animal restriction regarding public land is that dogs must be on their leashes. It mentions nothing about guineafowl let alone turkeys, but I assume that if cats are allowed to legally...
I know that, this is the whole point of this thread, not the free-ranging topic. My birds have been free ranging just fine for a long time. I had birds free ranging years before I got my turkeys too. The loudness is my only issue with the guineas. I am not looking for argument, but I can justify...
Idk then why you are all about ¨the ecosystem will be destroyed¨" because I dont find anything wrong with 4 turkeys and 2 guineas exploring a 15 acre forest that is not private property. Also, my flighty birds that dislike humans tend to stick to the forest.
This issue is related to the...
